At Kiddi Kingdom, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
- Free Shipping: On orders above ৳2,000
- Standard Shipping Fee: ৳60 for orders under ৳2,000
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact our support team to initiate a return
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
