• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number
2. Provide photos of the item if it's damaged or defective
3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
4. Once approved, ship the item back to us

Refund Processing

• bKash/Mobile Banking: Refunded within 3–5 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bKash or bank transfer within 5–7 business days

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
